Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY - Appointments can be canceled up to 7 days in advance of the session for a full refund, less card processing fees. You are also allowed to reschedule once. Appointments canceled less than 7 days in advance (but more than 24 hours) incur a $10 cancellation fee. Appointments canceled 24 hour or less in advance incur a $30 cancellation fee. Refunds equate to the price of the reading, less card processing fees. If you do not show up to your appointment (defined as not attending within the first 15 minutes of the call start time), or attempt to cancel during or after the session, you automatically forfeit your payment.

PRIVACY POLICY - Your birth details (name, day, month, year, time) will not be shared with anyone outside of the session. Astrological information, however, (e.g. Sun in Pisces) cannot be traced back to an individual and therefore may be shared. MISSED SESSIONS - Missed sessions are defined as sessions in which the client does not arrive within the first 15 minutes. If you do not attend your session, you can schedule a make-up session with me for a $20 convenience fee.

SUMMARY - If you make a change to your reading:
before 7 days -> (refund - card fees) OR (1 reschedule)
7 days to 24hrs before -> (refund - $10 cancellation fee and card fees) OR (1 reschedule)
less than 24hrs before -> (refund - $30 cancellation fee and card fees) OR (1 reschedule)
during or after reading -> (NO refund) OR (1 reschedule + $20 Fee)
